Sarah Anderson is a Senior Lecturer in Education at the University of Glasgow in Scotland. Sarah taught high school English, social subjects, and special education and was also a Fulbright Scholar to Norway in 2011-2012. Before moving to the UK Sarah worked as a teacher educator in the USA in the role of associate professor and accreditation coordinator; she has instructed graduate and undergraduate pedagogical and special education courses, advised capstone portfolios and dissertations, and supervised clinical experiences. Her research interests include teacher evaluation, continuous improvement efforts, comparative education, educational policy, and effective instructional strategies. She is currently the BERA SIG convenor for Scotland for Teacher Preparation and Development and Department Head of Teacher Education at Glasgow.
