Dr. Clayton is an Associate Professor in the Department of Teaching and Learning in the College of Education at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. He brings an extensive background in K-12 schools prior to joining UCCS. His research interests include post-secondary readiness, teacher preparation, curricular innovations, the STEM teacher labor market, and causal methods.
