In a previous position, Mrs. Huynh served eight counties as the Metro South GLRS Director where she developed, coordinated & facilitated Continuous Improvement Projects and professional development; provided instructional support to classroom teachers; and coordinated & lead numerous consortia for educators, parents, & community members in the region. As the Behavior & Response to Intervention Coordinator for the Bibb County School District, she was instrumental in developing a true infrastructure of specific policies and procedures for the RTI process. Currently, she is the Talent Management & Acquisition Coordinator for the Bibb County School District. In this role, she has looked beyond the traditional methods of recruitment and retention to focus on relationship building. As a direct result of this, the Bibb County School District partnered with Mercer University on the GENERATE grant, which has afforded over fifty educators the opportunity to earn their Master of Arts in Teaching, for free, while improving educational outcomes for the students of Bibb County.
