Beth Kania-Gosche, Ph.D. (she/her/hers)

Missouri University of Science & Technology

Beth Kania-Gosche is chair of education at Missouri University of Science & Technology. Currently, Dr. Kania-Gosche is a member of the Missouri Advisory Council on Certification of Educators, and she recently finished her term as past president of the Missouri Association of Colleges for Teacher Education. She is a fellow for the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, providing data analysis on the statewide teacher pipeline. She taught high school English teacher in a small Missouri town, and she continues to be passionate about helping rural schools recruit and retain teachers.
