With an impressive career centered at Western Governors University, Heather Roche, Senior Faculty Manager, has pioneered inclusive support initiatives. During her time at WGU, she has partnered with college leaders to introduce new degree programs, integrate experiential learning, and continue the growth in student enrollment, particularly among BIPOC students. She has been the leader for managing a diverse study hall community and nurturing community of care networks for thousands of students. Through her leadership, Heather and her team of mentors have elevated graduate rates and lowered dropout rates for low-income students. Equipped with degrees in Master of Business Administration, Master of Management and Leadership and a Master of Education, Heather demonstrates her active pursuit of learning and growth.
