Leslie L. Sharp earned her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, and is a faculty member in the College of Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences, and Education at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Dr. Sharp teaches undergraduate Bachelor of Science Elementary Education majors and also serves as Coordinator of Field Supervision for the Elementary Program. Dr. Sharp’s expertise includes teaching, learning, and leadership in rural and urban school districts Her research interests are focused on teacher leadership and reading instruction. Dr. Sharp has been a National Board Certified Teacher for 24 years.
