Devon Kinsey, MS

Research Associate
ETS

Devon Kinsey is a Research Associate in the Skills and Business Excellence (SABE) division at ETS. She received her M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from West Chester University in 2022 where she completed her thesis examining the relationship between personality facets and employee turnover using survival analysis techniques. During her undergraduate career, she completed her honors thesis on perceptions of police use of force. Devon is currently working on multiple federal and allocation projects at ETS, including examining the use of teaching simulations within the pre-service teacher population and the development of a career interests situational judgement test (SJT).
