Paul Adams, Dean of the College of Education at Fort Hays State University has worked with rural communities in Kansas for thirty years. He received his BS in Science and Mathematics at Heidelberg College, Tiffin, OH, MS in Physics at Washington State University, and PhD in Science Education at Purdue University. Prior to becoming the dean at Fort Hays State University he was a professor in physics. His research interest is on STEM teacher development for rural communities.
