Dr. Margaret (Meg) Kamman, proposed Center Co-Director is an Associate Professor of Special Education at UF and a current CEEDAR Center Co-Director providing leadership for incubator, targeted TA, and technology. She previously served as project coordinator for CEEDAR 1.0/2.0 and National Center to Inform Policy and Practice in Special Education Professional Development (NCIPP) and has expertise in beginning teacher quality, induction, secondary reading instruction and district and principal leadership. In these positions, Dr. Kamman spent the last 15 years directing, coordinating, and providing TA&D collaborating with SEAs, IHEs, and LEAs in reforming personnel preparation systems to improve outcomes for SWD. Kamman assisted in facilitating TA to 30 states in CEEDAR 2.0. Dr. Kamman also has a decade of experience as a special education teacher and district level administrator.
