Lynn Holdheide, EdM, has 15 years of experience providing high-quality technical assistance nationally and more than a decade of experience at the state, district, and educator preparation levels. She serves as the director of strategy and operations to the Office of Special Education Programs funded Collaboration for Effective Educator Development, Accountability, and Reform (CEEDAR) Center and served as director to the federally funded Center on Great Teachers and Leaders until September 2019. She is known for her work in educator shortages, designing high-quality evaluation and professional learning system, and supporting educator preparation program reform, with a focus on evidence-based and high-leverage instructional strategies for students with disabilities. She is led the development of professional development materials and the videos of high-leverage instructional practices for students with disabilities. She is a sought-after expert on educator shortages, talent management, and educator preparation. She has engaged in more than 25 projects across 19 states and has developed and provided conceptual oversight for more than 50 resources and tools designed to facilitate the development and implementation of evidence-based strategies designed to strengthen educator talent.
