Bryanna currently serves as a Research Associate for the Research, Evaluation, and Measurement (REM) Center within the College of Education at the University of South Carolina (USC). In her role, she has been part of the evaluation team for CarolinaTIP, a university-based induction program, since its inception. Prior to her role with the REM Center, Bryanna worked as an Assistant Director and Interim Director for the Student Success Center at USC. She began her role in higher education as a learning specialist for intercollegiate athletes for whom she provided academic assistance and intervention.
In 2022, Bryanna earned her Ph.D. in the Social Foundations of Education. Her research interests include race and social justice in education, disability critical race studies, special education, teacher induction, P-20 education and college readiness. Bryanna's dissertation, titled "Social Foundations of Education and the Teacher Development Continuum: A Case Study of a University-Based Induction Program," was an in depth look into CarolinaTIP through a social foundations of education lens.
