Dr. DaShaunda Patterson is the Associate Dean for Faculty Development and Equity in the College of Education and Human Development at Georgia State University. Dr. Patterson has served as a Project Director and Co-Principal Investigator, and Principal Investigator for various USDOE Teacher Quality Partnership grants that have focused on Teacher Residency. Her areas of research and inquiry include preparation and retention of high qualified special educators, high leverage practices, and multi-tiered systems of support.
