Colleen S. Mulholland, Ed.D. (she/her/hers)

Dean
University of Northern Iowa

Dr. Colleen Mulholland is dean of the College of Education at the University of Northern Iowa (UNI). She earned her bachelor's degree at the University of Kentucky where she was a student athlete; she earned her masters and doctorate from the University of Central Florida (UCF). A former middle and high school language arts teacher, she maintains national board certification and works daily to find new pathways of access to the profession for future teachers. She is a charter member of PACED, AACTE's Programmatic Advisory Committee for Educator Diversity.
