Bridget Murphy earned a Master's degree in sociology from Kansas State University, where she focused on rural community development and sustainable food systems. She entered the world of educational research fifteen years ago as a program evaluator at the Assessment Resource Center (ARC), an engagement unit in the College of Education & Human Development (CEHD) at the University of Missouri. While at ARC, she served as outside evaluator for various grant-funded projects. She also worked closely with the Network for Educator Effectiveness, assisting with rubric development and analysis. In 2022, she joined the team at the CEHD Assessment Office, where she helps develop, implement, and support academic program initiatives related to assessment and student services.
